The menu at Pho Astoria features a solid selection of classic Vietnamese dishes, but it’s their pho that steals the show. Whether you're a fan of beef, chicken, or even tofu, each bowl of pho comes packed with flavor. The broth, which is rich and full-bodied, has clearly been simmered for hours to achieve that deep, savory profile that pho lovers know and crave. The noodles are always cooked just right - silky and smooth, offering the perfect balance with the tender slices of meat and fresh herbs on top. If you love a bit of spice, their chili sauce is a great addition to the dish, adding a kick without overpowering the other flavors.

But pho isn't the only thing that makes this place a local favorite. Their banh mi sandwiches are also a standout, with crunchy baguettes stuffed with pickled vegetables, cilantro, and your choice of protein. What People's Say About Place

As a Viet-American finding a solid Vietnamese restaurant always seemed a bit of a challenge. So discovering this gem through Reddit was awesome. I ordered the Flank and Brisket Pho with al dente noodles (a quick dip in boiling water for that perfect chew). Many places don’t get it right, but this chef nailed it. The pho came in a generous bowl and was absolutely delicious—great value for the price. I also got the special Banh Mi and pork spring rolls vermicelli to go. Everything was solid! Aurora, our server, was sweet and cheerful, adding to the experience. The interior is clean and inviting, with wood lacquered tables and sriracha bottles on the tables that evoke a sense of Vietnam. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and can’t wait to return!

The pho was great but the bahn mi was even better! The food was really fresh and tasty and service was quick. They also brought a second bowl so we could share pho between 2 people which was nice, because many places discourage sharing. The pho was huge so we had plenty for 2. The atmosphere was cute and stylish.

A wonderful Viet addition to the neighborhood! They have great portions for the price and their protein options are all so savory and delicious! My favorite entree is the vermicelli noodle salad with catfish. It is so filling and refreshing. The pho is fantastic too, but there is sadly no vegetarian option since they only have beef broth. Their tacos are also a great appetizer option! They are never too crowded since they just opened up. They are my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the neighborhood!

I recently went to this place for dinner. I normally don’t eat asian food but I ordered Flank Pho here and was really good. The place was really close to subway and my lady server was really good and helpful. Def coming back.
